Plenty of Seating:
Our 29' boat has ample seating, ensuring a comfortable experience. However, due to regulations set by the U.S. Coast Guard, most private charters, including ours, are limited to a maximum of 6 passengers.
The great news is...... that it allows plenty of space to move around, relax and enjoy the scenic views without being cramped.
Weather:
As local captains, we pride ourselves on our ability to monitor the weather closely, ensuring that we can predict conditions very accurately. Your safety is our top priority, and we want to assure you that if we have any concerns regarding the weather, we will make the necessary decisions on the day of your tour. Should any issues arise, we will promptly contact you at the phone number you provided during booking.

Cancelation:
We understand the unexpected happens. We can reschedule your tour to another date, deposits are non-refundable. (except for bad weather and captain cancels the trip, then it is fully refundable)
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, PLEASE Call or Text NO LATER THEN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO TOUR DATE. We are a small family owned business and rely on your reserved reservation to operate a fun, safe, and thrilling adventure for you and your guests.
It is unlikely we will be able to fill your reserved tour spot on such short notice and therefore ask and appreciate any cancelation after the 48 hour deadline to be paid in full for your reserved tour.

Food and Drinks:
Many times there will be food boats including an ice cream boat at Keewaydin. They offer some great choices of burgers, fish, pizza and much more! However, they operate on their own schedule we encourage you to bring your own food,snacks and drinks just in case.
Dolphins and Wildlife
Along our adventure 9 out of 10 times we will find the dolphins! We are in their habitat. Have your cameras ready!
Along the way, we may also spot a variety of other wildlife, including manatees, beautiful birds, eagles, or even a sting ray!
We cannot guarantee every sighting due to the unpredictable nature of wildlife, but the likelihood is certainly in our favor.
Payment:
A tour deposit of $100 is required to book. Once received, we will block and confirm your specific tour date & time requested.

Pick up location:
We pick up and drop off at various locations in Naples Bay. We will confirm your specific location when booking. To help stay on schedule, please arrive at least 15 Minutes before your designated time. If you find yourself running late, call or send us a text and we'll do our best to accommodate any adjustments.
We have allotted specific time for your trip, we cannot guarantee flexibility.

We get this request often! When we are out on the water having fun in the sun and you decide you don't want to leave (LOL) and would like more time, let us know! If we have availability we can make it happen and certainly will! (additional hourly rate does apply).
